o’mat
January 16, 2007
A guy was hopelessly proselytizing in the laundromat today. I watched him talk to a mother and son for fifteen minutes while I folded t-shirts. He was quietly zealous, i wouldn’t say overly.
Rebecca Pronsky came into the studio over the weekend and recorded a session for my show on BTR. Click here to listen.
Here’s the link for The Big Sleep session.
I am wearing a t shirt and flip fops and the window is wide open. For real, this warmth is bewildering.
I destroyed my futon couch last night and decided a better option was to fold the heavy heavy deadweight futon (why so heavy, always?) and stick it on top of my pink garbage-day-in-front-of-cafe-lalo weird table. Its a much better couch!
Dishes still in the tub. Hot plate working like a charm, if a little salty around the edges. I have whiskey sours on the brain, don’t want to use my birthday black label/bushmills/knob creek. so i ask – which is preferable: jack or jim?
